You have the gear. Why aren’t your photos sharp?
You’ve bought the lens, watched the tutorials, and spent hours in the field.
Yet your photos still feel out of focus, cluttered, or lacking impact.
The problem usually isn’t your gear.
It’s the decisions made before you press the shutter.
Most wildlife photos fail long before the animal arrives.
Once I understood that, everything changed.
Wildlife photography is timing, not luck
What You’ll Learn in 90 Minutes
By the end of this live wildlife photography webinar, you’ll understand:
✓ Why your wildlife photos are out of focus, blurry, or incorrectly exposed, and the real reason why it’s not your gear
✓ The exact camera settings I use in the field: aperture, ISO, shutter speed, and autofocus setup explained simply
✓ How to use light properly: front light, side light, backlight, and why cloudy days are actually amazing
✓ How to read animal behaviour: the tiny signals that tell you what’s about to happen
✓ The “background first” technique: a simple shift that immediately improves composition
✓ The 7 mistakes I made for years… so you don’t have to repeat them
✓ Live camera walkthrough: see my exact setup before a wildlife shoot
This isn’t theory. I’ll show you real failed photos, real success stories, and real field decisions.
If you apply even two or three things from this session, your wildlife photography will improve immediately.
About Your Instructor
Teaching practical wildlife photography through real field experience
I spent four years trying to photograph wolves. Every trip seemed to go wrong in some way. Sometimes the season was wrong, sometimes the light never worked, and sometimes the wolves simply never appeared. I kept returning home without the photograph I had imagined.
Then one cloudy monsoon morning, while looking for rain quails, I found a pack of wolves standing in the open.
That experience changed the way I looked at wildlife photography. I realised that great wildlife photos are rarely about expensive cameras. They come from understanding light, behaviour, timing, and learning to notice small moments before they disappear.
I have thousands of unusable wildlife photos because I spent years making mistakes I didn’t yet understand.
Now I help aspiring wildlife photographers avoid that long trial-and-error phase and start creating images that feel more alive and intentional.
I’m a wildlife and travel photographer with over 20 years of experience behind the camera. Alongside photographing wildlife and life on the road, I have conducted photography workshops across India for institutions including IIT Bombay, NMIMS, Sophia College, American School of Bombay, ICICI Foundation, and Kotak Mahindra Bank. I have also taught as visiting faculty at SNDT Women’s University.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need expensive gear to benefit from this webinar?
No. This session focuses on technique, not equipment. A sharp photo on mid-range glass will always beat a blurry photo on expensive glass. I’ll show you why.
I’m a complete beginner. Will this be too advanced?
This webinar is specifically designed for beginners to intermediate photographers. I explain everything in simple terms, starting with the fundamentals. If you’ve taken a few wildlife photos and want to improve, you’re in the right place.
Will there be a replay if I can’t attend live?
The live session includes Q&A where you can get personalised answers to your questions. If you register and can’t make it, send me a message, but I’d encourage you to attend live if possible.
What camera brand do you teach?
The principles work across all camera brands. I’ll explain concepts like continuous autofocus and metering modes in universal terms, so whether you shoot Canon, Nikon, Sony, or something else, you’ll be able to apply everything.
One Last Thought
Your camera settings should become second nature
I once spent over thirty hours searching for a leopard in Jhalana.
Then suddenly, Rana appeared fifteen feet away.
That moment lasted maybe two seconds.
The reason the image worked was not luck.
The settings were already ready. The guide positioned us properly. The exposure was prepared. The autofocus point was already where it needed to be.
Preparation creates opportunities.
Let me show you how to be ready.
